**Pool & Hot Tub closure - Oct 2024 to April 2025**

Rim Village offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with gorgeous views of the Moab Rim, a walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated April - October) and hot tub (heated year round).

Each bedroom and the living room offers a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub that's perfect after a day of adventure.

There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway.  Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/day per pet (maximum 2 pets).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
